I had to shame a client today. She went ballistic on me! "HOW COULD I MAKE HER HAIR SO UNEVEN"?! I could not convey to this nut job that I had only cut one side of her hair at that point!!!! Eventually after a mega dose of polite sarcasm, and cutting the other side to match, she generously offered to sleep on the idea of paying for her cut!? WTF
I had NO patience. I actually said "F IT". I did go borderline insulting. That was what she responded to. It's risky! But in desperate times?....
When they cross the line I like to get them to the point where theyre apologizing for being difficult! It's kinda tricky. Cuz as any one in hotel salons would know, the guest is always right! So shameing them without pushing them to make a complaint needs to be handled dellllllicutly!
This was comedic more than anything with her not comprehending one side being longer becuz I hadnt cut both sides yet--hahahaha classic!

Well, my friend, I am glad she is "sleeping on it"!! Too bad you can't buy groceries with "sleeping on it"!! People should be paying more attention when getting a cut so they don't like quite so stupid when they are wondering why you haven't cut something!!!!
